Inside MAX there is a proprietary email program that allows you to simply add the list of a people involved in the program as you set it up. Your internal email address book can be imported easily and you simply add outside vendors and partners just like adding them you do in Outlook. This feature allows you to pass information easily when working inside of MAX. The Job manager can easily select whether outside contacts have regular access or can be engaged in only one portion of the job communications. This is a secure system that forwards mail to your everyday email program. A huge savings of time is the result.
MAX email ties directly to the library module. When you are working on a creative piece and need to share with others, inside or outside of your team, you simply click to attach the piece and send. Unlike many systems today the attachment is a link back to your library, allowing easily viewable low and medium resolutions of a file with out blowing up your companies email system.
